Cool add-on
i added origin to world center option to mine now its perfect
Hey, I'm sorry to say, but I realized that the original author of this plugin doesn't seem to be “Community”, but someone else, right? After Community took over the plugin, it seems that they did some interface beautification and some changes that we don't know about, but as it is now, Community took over and the plugin is a mess and the basic functionality is not working at all.
Hey, the "Community" tag just means it's not an official add-on. It used to be, but then it got thrown out with Blender 4.2, and yeah, I tried to improve it. Not everyone agrees with my changes, but I've given ample opportunity for people to provide feedback and incorporated a lot of ideas from users. I would be curious to hear what you mean by basic functionality not working at all, that's news to me. I did just push an update with a fix for add-on preferences sometimes not loading properly though, maybe that's what you were referering to. But just to be clear, I've been using this add-on every day, so I'm pretty sure it works.
Its good but it resets anytime its updated and lately its been overiding my own shortcuts, i put P for preferences but the parent menu shows up, now i have disabled it multiple times and hit save but anytime i open blender and want to check my preferences it shows the pie menu i dont want :(
Heya, this might be fixed with the new update, give it a shot and let me know!
It may be a useful tool, but what does not work at all is if you overwrite standard keys of Blender and you now have double work for a simple all objects (“a”), a tool should help and not annoy - so you have to completely change all keys again to get your standard Blender back instead of assigning the keys for the add-on sensibly from the beginning. that is very annoying. I immediately deactivated it again - it simply makes no sense to overwrite the basic functions of a program! In my opinion, this is not the way you should handle something like this. You are neither asked nor does it make much sense. I'm extremely annoyed at first anyway. And I'll have to spend the next half hour thinking up meaningful keys ^^.

I actually completely agree, but in the case of the "A" key, this add-on always overwrote it since the dawn of time. I usually turn it off too. The only reason I didn't change it when I took over development is because every time I change anything, I got a lot of outrage from people who got used to it being one way. But the pies and keys can be customized and turned off, and I believe I just fixed a case where those customizations weren't being saved properly, so I would suggest to give that a try!
Must to Have Addon!! However, maybe you forgot the Save button in the Ctrl + S menu :((
Heya, not quite, although you may not agree with this but I made the choice to leave the "Save" functionality for when you tap Ctrl+S (without moving your mouse). I know it's a bit controversial to "overload" key combos like this (it does a different thing depending on if you move your mouse or not), but in my opinion this works well since people would be used to tapping Ctrl+S from every other software anyways.
There is no way to have the original distribution of the pie menus from the previous version of the official plug-in (from meta-androcto). This completely destroys the muscle memory of years of Pie Menus. If you will add the ability to modify the plug-in pies with the items the user wants, I will give it 5 stars.
Heya, the Pie Menu Editor add-on is what you're looking for! Sorry I can't help you beyond that, the add-on needed a face lift. I preserved some things as they were, but changed others. Prior to that, this add-on had been unmaintained for over a half decade, so a lot of things weren't even working anymore, or have been made redundant by Blender changes. All my changes are explained and justified in detail in the pull requests of the repository.
Since the recent update, every time I open blender I've been having to toggle the addon on and off again for it to register in blender.
Version 1.6.13, the plugin does not work properly when double-clicking to open a .blend file. It works normally when opening Blender software and then dragging the file in.
Heya, I'm not sure I understand, this add-on doesn't have anything to do with opening .blend files from your file system. You can set the blender version associated with .blend files in Blender's preferences. Also keep in mind that files can have workspaces in them, which can have add-on filtering enabled, which might be disabling this add-on.
I've been using this for quite a long time and it's a huge time saver as it makes many functions more in-reach. Honestly never had an issue with it, even years ago, and I'm glad to see that it's brought here to Extensions and updated.
Im using Windows 10 add-on-viewport-pie-menus-v1.6.7 Not Tested

add-on-viewport-pie-menus-v1.6.10 - Bugged Will have everything Check except for that one default uncheck shortcut. Addon will Reset to Default Set up
The addon is one of my go to's, but as of the platform its quality seems to fluctuate, the most prominent feature missing is the Edit/Object mode toggle. Another feature which I actually like as of being recently added is the camera pie which was extremely convenient to adding cameras to a new scene exactly where you wanted them. The ability to make and manage you pie shortcuts in the panel is a move in the right direction, but as of recently the development seems a bit unintentional , as if the addon doesn't really know what it wants to be, especially in the most recent update. Still a staple addon, all the same just needs a bit more direction to the development.
This addon is great, but I’m experiencing an issue. I disable the Pie menus I don’t want to use and save the settings. However, when I close and reopen Blender, they all become active again. Could you help me with this?
Heya, I'd recommend to open a bug report, but my hands are fairly tied as this has been happening for a small number of users and I've done everything I could to prevent it, but I just can't reproduce the issue to actually find the root cause.
The latest version still can’t solve the issue where my custom settings aren’t saved after closing Blender. Every time it reverts to default checked options. This is so frustrating that I had to revert to using version 1.6.8. I’ve tried every version after that, and none of them can save the settings properly.
