Per-Camera Resolution

I want to give 5 stars but...

There needs to be an option to make ALL cameras by default have that checkbox enabled "Custom Resolution".

Other than that, SuperB addon!

Love it. Should be included with Blender by default. Even better - I think every camera should have an idependent resolution by default (without the need to check this option in the Camera settings). But still, this does the job.
