Excellent Work - thanks so much for your efforts. I did some test imports - the UVmap is nonexistent - I did have it selected on the interface. Is there something else I need to do? Will this work with animations as well?

Thank you for the review, in 3ds Max there are two different kinds of mesh objects, editable mesh and editable poly object. I know how the UV data of an editable poly object can be imported but not really where I can find that data in an editable mesh object. Also if the UV data is generated with modifiers, it is nearly impossible to find that setup in the database.

It doesn`t work with complex MAX scenes, yet I was able to import some models flawlessly which is awesome considering it's a proprietary binary format!

Amazing work!

Still a work-in-progress I suppose (in my samples meshes are imported well but materials are missing textures in many cases), but it's sooooo much better than what we had before (which was, well, nothing.. ).

Great work, keep it up!!

I guess it is one of the most important add-ons for a Blender for now! So I hope it will keep improving.
