It doesn`t work with complex MAX scenes, yet I was able to import some models flawlessly which is awesome considering it's a proprietary binary format!

Still a work-in-progress I suppose (in my samples meshes are imported well but materials are missing textures in many cases), but it's sooooo much better than what we had before (which was, well, nothing.. ).

I guess it is one of the most important add-ons for a Blender for now! So I hope it will keep improving.

Awesome addon! Worked on everything I've tried so far!

It's a very helpful app to quickly import your 3D Max models. I still encounter some issues at times, but overall its very good given the limitations.
