You are correct, it is a remodeled Deep Grey theme.
I customized it for me.
This is my first time posting. I didn't really understand the requirement for publishing, so I copied the manifest file.
Don't be so hard on me, I don't get any profit. I'm just sharing for free like everyone else here.
I will try to make changes to the descriptions and specify the original.
