Moonlight Blue

a blue version of deep gray, although I prefer darker back ground for node editor, but that's just me.

While it is somewhat similar to DeepGrey, I prefer the blue tones and the fact that the greys are more neutral (closer to 128rgb or 0.5 value). So I think it warrants a new submission (based on another pre-existing)

please make the effort to make something unique my friend. this is clearly a ripoff of the original Deep Grey theme: https://extensions.blender.org/themes/theme-deep-grey/ you even stole the tagline too. and no credits. thats sad
