Added adjust last operation panel with three configurable toggles:

• Set Hard Edge Group: Control basic smooth group method (enabled by default)
• Convert Tris to Quads: Convert triangles to quads after operations
• Set From Faces: Apply custom normals from selected faces

All options can be used independently or together. Settings are preserved between calls. License updated to GPL-3.0-or-later.

Initial release of Set Smooth Group addon. Automatically smooth selected faces and mark boundary edges as sharp. Integrated into Mesh > Normals menu. Hotkey support (Alt+G or Option+G on Mac).
