Added adjust last operation panel with three configurable toggles:
- Set Hard Edge Group: Control basic smooth group method (enabled by default)
- Convert Tris to Quads: Convert triangles to quads after operations

All options can be used independently or together. Settings are preserved between calls. License updated to GPL-3.0-or-later.
