Needed to import .ifc didn't even know what that was, low and behold the blender community has got me!

The work done is exceptional!!!!!

It’s still a work in progress for a large architecture firm, but it allows smaller firms to deliver projects in BIM. I think it’s one of the most important projects in the AEC world.

If I may suggest, I would add: Worksharing Dynamic LOD A better interface when creating/editing elements such as walls A simplified interface to minimize confusion with Blender Working directly in 2D (as a designer does) while automatically generating the 3D model

Essential for working with IFC.

It's lovely. I love that civil engineer can also use it too. Although we (engineers) require more analysis and documenting/reporting tools, it is a great tool. I am still learning it, and hopefully I can contribute to its further growth. Amazing work Blender/Bonsai team!

This add-on is such a life saver and it's free. It was difficult to understand initially but after watching a few videos of ifc architect and other yt videos, I find it very easy to use now. It just gets better and better after every single update. Just loving it!! But sometimes I face issues with annotations where I'm not able to create complex shapes when I'm using the line annotations. When i try to it says the model is broken. This used to not happen in the older versions(before bonsi update). But other than that Im very greatful for this add! Hope it becomes a standard!

I love this add-on. I use it all times in my work.

I am a civil engineer and I work in the northeast of Brazil, I learned Blender to work with 3D characters but when I saw Blender Bonsai I realized the great BIM potential that the software can have, Blender Bonsai is incredible.

Very nice addon - hope IFC4.3 comes soon - i want to test ist in my rail infrastructure projects.
