Fixed more washed out elements.

1. Darkened gray foreground text for File Browser (more contrast).
2. Matched 'outline' with 'background' inside common UI boxes to avoid harsh outlines.

This theme is a work-in-progress. Remember to report any glitchy or obviously messed up areas. Blender is a large program with lots of elements so it's tricky to track everything down on my own. I will try to update accordingly.
