Hi, hard to say, but sounds like a misunderstanding, as CloudRig is no longer related to Rigify for many years now. If you found a piece of documentation or website that still draws a connection between CloudRig and Rigify, feel free to report it to me as a bug and I'll try to see if I can contact the author of said piece of documentation to get it updated.
I can't use this add-on. I enable this add-on but I can't see cloud rig in rigfy session why not work
