This was a very helpful tool for me when i was making my add on. Thanks so much for making it.
Nice , it at least auto rigs mixamo armatures. But one issue i have is it won't apply animations to the control rig. i just get a error https://files.catbox.moe/nzy3bi.JPG
Thanks for your report! Just uploaded a fix in v1.1.8. Test it out and let me know if you still run into any issues!
Something So simple yet AMAZING! Thank YOU!
I love this add on. I use is together with Coatools for cutout style animation. With the "Images inspector" it makes it super easy to edit the parts. Question , was the Images inspector functionally removed from version 3.0.3, for blender 4.2 Lts? It was working before in 4.0 but now the preference section to set the external editor is gone.
Hi thanks for the kind words. Regarding image inspector panel, code was messy, and giving i don't have a lot of time for now to work on the addons, i prefered remove it completely to focus on the auto reload functionalities. For now, you can use image manager (https://github.com/samytichadou/image_manager) which have almost same functions. The goal, when i have some spare time, is to turn it into a proper extension and to clean the code ! Sorry for the inconvenience, hopes this answer your question ! Cheers !
To me this is the only necessary add on for grease pencil. With out it i can't even use gp at all. It adds all the necessary functionality you need to draw in 2d. You need to rotate your canvas , you need a button to instantly unzoom and re center your view (Zoom fit) , You need to flip your canvas (mirror flip) , and you need a Box transformer/warper . Like Node Wrangler it really should be a part of blender by default.
This is a pretty cool addon. Simple , easy to use and does exactly what is described. But One thing i notice is the meshes are generated straight on the Y axis, the direction of the camera (in the 2d animation template at least) has the camera facing -Y . So it's not facing the camera. It's easy enough to just rotate the objects but it would be cool if you could decide which axis to generate the objects down. Also would be cool if you could choose other primitives.
