UV Toolkit is a set of tools for fast and high-quality creation of UVs for games and films in Blender.
This is a fork of the original UV Toolkit, a paid Blender add-on originally created by Alexander Belyakov. Unfortunately, the add-on is no longer available for purchase through online stores, making arguably one of the best generic UV add-ons inaccessible to new users.
Documentation: https://alexbelyakov.gitlab.io/uv-toolkit-docs/
Please note that this page may be removed or made private if/when Alex reinstates their storefronts, as the aim of this page is not to undermine the paid nature of the add-on, but rather to provide a tool no longer accessible through conventional methods. Additionally, this repository is well within the rights of GPL licensing to be created, but as stated earlier respect to the tool developer will be upheld in the event of the store pages returning. All help, resource, and original store page links for this tool can be found within the Help/Links tab in the add-on preferences after installing.
No changelog for this release.

Hi, thanks a lot for uploading the addon! But I think it needs at least another preview image, preferably of the UV Toolkit Panel in the UV Editor, so you get a quick overview what the add-on contains :)
You could also link to the documentation in the description, so it easier to find: https://alexbelyakov.gitlab.io/uv-toolkit-docs/
As well as location of add-on in UI please provide some screenshots and descriptions of features of add-on. It's difficult to know what even it is as an user. Also, first preview video is just grey background before you open it, and doesn't look good or informative. Would be better to upload still image as first one, or at least make first frame title so that its visible on closed.
Also, reading the Acknowledgements on github, I think it would be good to post that here as well. It is legal to fork gpl add-ons, even if they're for paid, but it is not nice to other developers, so you should explain situation here as well.
But first, I would advise you to contact the developer, if they're reachable, and explain the situation. If they're no longer developing add-on I suspect they'll give you their blessing to do so and it will make things less complicated.

Sounds good, I've already returned the relevant information to the Extensions page. I was using the original tools marketing material, but I'll collect some of my own resources and update the page.

The original developer has been offline since roughly September 18th 2022 (Blender Artists profile). I've posted this fork publicly in the original tools support & release thread, but he hasn't responded.
Not because it's necessary, but I recommend following this Blender Artists thread for context on the original add-on's situation. It starts from the original developer's last thread reply: https://blenderartists.org/t/uv-toolkit-2-0-for-blender-2-8-3-0x/1165216/227
I suggest you make second preview image first, so it looks better at first glance
