Excellent add-on! The scan, then filter options before import is a really great workflow.
An option to create collections per file parent folder would be great! I'm dealing with 3-5 fbx's in different folders an would love the option to create a collection for files in the same directory
Hi @BastianLS !
Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure to fully understand what you want to achieve, so maybe you can open an issue here and describe in detail what you have in mind, and i'll see how I can solve your problem https://github.com/Tilapiatsu/blender-Universal_Multi_Importer/issues/new
This add-on is amazing, it saves me a lot of work every day. I especially like the feature that you can batch edit the scale of the objects. Every time I import the objects from other application they are huge and invisible on the viewport. Now with this add on I can easily scale and import a huge number of files at once. Thank you very much for sharing this add on
Indeed, very handy and dandy addon. The one option which will be helpful: a command to run after ALL batches and other commands finished. This seems to be missing but easy to add feature!
Hi @piotao ! Thanks for your feedback. I've just released an update to 2.2.0 of the extension, and you can now execute command before and / or after all imports. If you have others great sugesstions feel free to open an issue on github. https://github.com/Tilapiatsu/blender-Universal_Multi_Importer/issues/new

This importer is great! Would it at all be possible to include support for .webp files, as well as audio support for video formats? 10/10!

Hi @Wolfrock003gmail.com.
If you have issues with the addon, instead of leaving a bad review I would suggest you to open an issue on this adress
