This is a maintenance update focused on Blender Extensions review compatibility.

• Updated the extension version to 0.2.4.
• Removed usage of the deprecated UIList.layout_type API.
• Removed the optional FFmpeg fallback and related preferences from the public build.
• Updated the file permission description to only mention reading local audio files for waveform generation.
• Audio decoding now uses Blender AUD first, with a basic WAV fallback.

• No waveform display modes or timeline overlay controls were removed.
• Existing animation timing workflow remains the same.
