Three d Cursor Snap
Move 3d cursor like gizmo to snap vertex, edge and face.
Hold Shift + RMB to drag the 3D cursor and snap it to a vertex, face, or edge in both Object Mode and Edit Mode.

Fix corner edge snaping.
The necessary add-on if you need to edit objects based on the 3D cursor. But sometimes it does not see the central points on the object, only attached to the edge.
