Themeable Modes and Views

Do you like working in maximized view with overlays disabled? It’s easy to lose track of whether Local View is active, which mode you're in, or if you Navigation is locked to your Camera. This lightweight extension provides clear visual cues.

Features

• Behavior: decide if custom borders appear if Overlays are enabled or override it

Local View

• Show Borders: adds 4 customizable corners (color and thickness) around the viewport when Local View is active.
• Change Background: modifies the viewport background color while in Local View.

Lock Modes

• Show borders if Lock to object
• Show borders if Navigation in Camera View

Interaction Modes

• Show Borders if Edit Mode
• Show Borders if Sculpt Mode
• Show Borders if Vertex Mode
• Show Borders if Weight Mode
• Show Borders if Texture Mode

Limitations

• Borders will appear slightly faded with Machin3tools's Focus mode enabled
