would you add the stroke when using quad patch it is not shown when drawing and also when we hold on edge for continuous extruding by moving mouse, add this bracket "[" and this "]" bracket options for the loop cut increase and decrease while mouse is moving

Works very well (only used on Blender4.2.1) This is much, much better than the built-in Poly Build. There are a lot of options - really 10 tools - and only Shift-LMB (Brush), Ctrl-LMB (Loop Cut) and Ctrl-Shift-LMB (Delete) are set up for you. It makes the tool much more useable if you set up the frequently used options with the various Shift, Ctrl, Alt, Cmd combos.
