Fix bug where the inferred offset from image sequences containing multiple numeric groups (e.g. church_drone_3840_2160_60fps_0001.png) is incorrect, causing analysis to fail.

1. Fix bug where analysis fails when there is a frame with no features (a solid color frame for example).
2. Feature extraction now transforms the image into a 4x4 grid, and feature thresholding now works on each cell individually. This in my experiments improved tracking quality considerably.
3. Various code cleanups and refactors. These were considerable enough that they may cause unintended bugs. So fingers crossed!
