The arrangement logic has been completely overhauled:

• Links are now routed around nodes, dramatically improving readability.
• Crossings between links are now significantly reduced.
• The vertical placement of nodes has been improved.
• Node trees without an output node can now be arranged.
• Unused nodes are now arranged.
• Additional horizontal spacing is now added to prevent steep links.
• Nodes in a column are now centered horizontally.
• Arrange Selected now centers the new arrangement with the old center of selected nodes.
• Clear Locations now uses the center of the selected nodes to get the difference from (0, 0), if there's no selected active node.
