This is a very cool Add-on, it did seem overwhelming when I first opened it, however I watched the YouTube videos at @MakeHumanCommunity After that it didn't seem so scary :)

MakeHuman has been my goto for character generation for years. The integration into Blender has now been without bumps but I am a fan of any project and developer that keeps refining and growing with experience.
