Slice and export .phz/.ctb files for Phrozen resin printers.
Add-on by Germán-Andrés-Soto-Castro
About Permissions Reviews Version History

Slice and export ready-to-print resin files (.phz / .ctb) for Phrozen printers without leaving Blender.

Features

  • Slices the active object directly — modifiers (booleans, remesh, supports…) are applied automatically, and object scale and rotation are respected.
  • Built-in layer viewer: inspect the exact image each layer will project on the LCD, layer by layer, at the native resolution of your printer.
  • 13 Phrozen printer profiles with the build volume drawn in the viewport; the part is auto-centered when slicing.
  • Resin volume (ml) and print-time estimates; warns if the part does not fit the plate.
  • Non-blocking export with progress bar (Esc cancels).
  • Even-odd scanline fill: holes and internal cavities of watertight meshes come out right with zero setup.
  • UI translated into 10 languages.
  • Zero dependencies (uses Blender's bundled numpy) and no network access.

Supported printers: Sonic Mini (verified on hardware), Sonic, Transform (.phz) — Sonic Mini 4K/8K, Sonic 4K, Sonic XL 4K, Sonic Mighty 4K/8K, Sonic Mega 8K (.ctb, beta: validated against reference implementations, hardware reports welcome). The .phz/.ctb writers follow the UVtools reference implementation and were validated round-trip and with uv3dp as an independent reader.

Tip: print a 20 mm calibration cube first to verify scale and orientation for your machine.

Free and open source (GPL-3.0). If MiniSlicer is useful to you, you can support its development on Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/micotico36213 ☕
