Please be weary that Jiggle Physics is very dependent on the number of bones in a chain, as well as the frame-rate-- Presets are intended to be used as a starting point and tweaked.
Collisions now back-propagate motion. This is a huge upgrade in the quality of the simulation when collisions are involved. Great for impacts.
Loop Physics option now defaults to off.
Updating users will need to hit the Reset Physics button in order to flag all objects to regenerate their jiggle bone tags. And readjust their individual bone jiggle settings.
Never update major versions while you're in the middle of an animation!
