How to install: Download the Addon, In Blender, click Edit -> Preferences -> Add-ons -> Install From Disk, and then select the add-on Image

How To Use:

  1. The add-on is located in the Dope Sheet under the panels when you press the N key
  2. Make sure eye bones are connected to eyes. And rename the Eye Bones to “R_Eye” or “L_Eye”.
  3. For blinking animations you need Shape Keys named Blink_R and Blink_L
  4. Now you need to define the positions of the various eye positions. In Pose Mode, move the eye bones to their desired positions and click the eyedropper icon to save those positions.

Example: Move the eye bones to the left, for example. Then, under “Left,” click the eyedropper buttons to save those positions. Do the same for all the other eye positions

Image

  1. Once you have saved all the desired eye positions, you can adjust the frame rate by selecting either Fast, Medium, or Slow, or by entering the frame numbers manually.

Image

  1. Now you can select the frame you want in the Dope Sheet and choose the animations you want.

For example, if you want your character to look to the left (from the viewer's perspective), click “Left.”

Image

  1. To set eye blinking, open the “Blinking” tab. Here you can also change the duration in frames for blinking, for example, and use the “Blink” button to apply the animations.

There are also animations for winking or squinting, for example, when you want to look serious. Image
