Add Camera Rigs

All Rigs

• Set widgets to 1.5 wire width (easier to see but not too thick to be distracting)
• Locked the transforms on the MCH bones so they won't be included in the whole character keying set

3D Rigs (Dolly and Crane)

• Renamed the 'MCH-Aim_shape_rotation' -> 'MCH-Aim_widget'
• Set the DOF function to target the Aim bone (same functionality just easier to understand as it is more logical)

3D Camera Rigs:

• Shift to Pivot: Create turntable shots really easily
• Swap Lens: Swap to different lens and keep the same framing
• Dolly Zoom Mode: Click a button to turn the Dolly Zoom effect on/off

2D Camera Rig:

There are additional Root controls to increase the flexibility.

Misc:

• The UI was rearranged and cleaned up
• The Tilt shift options are now exposed in the UI
• All the rigs now have unified colours and widgets
