Remix of the 2018 theme by olovaxel.

It’s made with these goals in mind:

• No more orange
• Super clear indication of what the “active” something is

Some more things I’ve changed:

• Hopefully slightly more consistent use of colors
• Slight more contrast on tabs and windows
• Bolder outlines

Some things I can't add to the theme:

• Thick outlines
• Font (Roboto Condensed)
