Should be fixed.
Amazing add-on! No more Image Editor tabs opened on the side. With crop, scale, rotate, etc. tools, it's indeed what would be Pureref as Overlay.
Only downside I see is that activating/deactivating the overlay changes ALL 3D viewports, not just the one mouse is hovering. All overlay and shading options in Blender are per 3D viewport. They can all be different. But those references images appear in all 3D Viewports / Monitors... or none. That's problematic especially for people working on 1 monitor and splitting the view, then images really get in the way ;)
I hope a fix can be coded to make this icon activation behave more like all others do in Blender: per 3D viewport, not all 3D Viewports in 1 click. Thanks.
Indeed easier wow. Thanks! :) No more 5 minutes of struggle to find the right configuration.
So I need, basically, to randomly see someone using that AMAZing addon, to just know that it exists. The big issue with Blender is that it's full of gems, but it's like the dev team is shy to show them around. Damn. Make the beauty of such addons more visible. It should be in Blender by default. Not in here where 2% of people at best will know it even exists...
Nice mainly for the Set Random Color button. When using "Random Color" on selected objects, they all get random hue but also random saturation. Would have been nice to be able to set a specific saturation value before doing a random colors on a selection. Colors are (it's purely subjective) too vivid as it is. I tend to prefer the default Viewport Shading > Coloir > Random look, less saturated. Cheers. Thanks for dev. and share addons (b^-^)b
A specific saturation value for random colors sounds like a good idea. I will consider it for the next version. :D
I select an Edge that is exactly 0.0027 m. I see that if I move on vertex onto the other. I see that if I check the length in Edit > Mesh Tools > Set Edge Length. But your EdgeWise addon when I mesure the edge it gives me: 0.01 m.. ? So I can't set the length from Item > EdgeWise. I can only measure 1 by 1 and the measure is wrong. Not sure what's the use then :/
