Though at first it may look busy and crowded compared to vanilla Blender's Move/Link to Collection menus, the GUI exposes much more things you can do with collections, and therefore I think does a better job not only to teach users what collections are and can do, but also makes power users' life easier because all you need is there in a single convenient place.
I believe I've been using this boi since its v1 (i think commented below a feature proposal on RCS asking to let people switch gizmos on a keypress but with some catches).
I especially use the gizmo-switching when animating, where I prefer to be one hand on GRS and the other on a stylus just moving that gizmo. And when modeling or rigging I use the hold-and-transform more often. Dunno why. But it's so nice having the ability to do things in whichever way at any time without having to go change any setting someplace else.
Not sure which feature I envoy the most. There are definitely ones that I wish Blender had out of the box and am glad to find here. Ranging from simple QoL tweaks like a final resolution display to power tools like the Scene Debug or Lighter's Corner!
Speaking of that corner, if meshlights made of Principled BSDF could be supported, that would be a neat addition! :)
How did i not discover this addon earlier?
Such a nice QoL!
Maybe this could be proposed on RCS for devs to adopt, or maybe even integrated into Blender directly.
