This is actually a great addon but it's not explained how to use it properly. After some digging, I found that you have to:

  1. Have a camera in the scene
  2. Go to the Animate tab on the side menu on right, accessed with the hotkey "n"
  3. At the top of the sidebar you should see "> TurnaroundCamera" click this to expand the menu.

If it says " ! No defined camera for scene" simply add a camera to the scene. If it says "No valid object selected", select the object you would like to rotate. Once that's selected, set the end frame to however you like-- all of the buttons have explanations when overed. 4. At the top left of the expanded menu is a camera icon that says "Turnaround" This is actually a button even though it's not super obvious at first. This is what actually keys the animation.

It is not clear how it works. It is not clear where the addon is opened. I installed it but I could not find it when I searched.
