3D Views loaded in Solid Mode rather Material Preview.
This add-on automatically sets all 3D views to Solid mode rather Material Preview, when Blender starts or when new files are loaded. So it will avoid those hiccups of compiling shaders right on the start.

Also want to request to add an option to auto disable shadows in solid viewport, since they can cause lots of lagging.
