Solid Boot
3D Views loaded in Solid Mode rather Material Preview.
This add-on automatically sets all 3D views to Solid mode rather Material Preview, when Blender starts or when new files are loaded. So it will avoid those hiccups of compiling shaders right on the start.
No configuration needed - just enable the addon and save the startup file.
