Adds a pie menu to the node editor for adding new nodes, increasing discoverability and allowing better muscle memory to be built for a faster workflow.
Removed more unavailable nodes from the world context of the shader editor
This extension requests the following permission:
Reading and writing config files
After opening the node pie menu, you often cannot see the top or bottom nodes. It is recommended to reduce the number of nodes in height and arrange more nodes horizontally. This is more convenient to view, because the display size is large horizontally and small vertically.
A very decent initiative, but I want an upgrade please, if you can make it, it will make the workflow much faster.
{Problem_Context}; I have been using "Space Button for Search" or Quick Favorite Button to quickly get my nodes. Search requires correct spellings and my Quick Favorite List got huge as my node knowledge expanded and I have to scroll through one long Quick Fav panel and have to read before clicking on any node name. Today I get to know about your addon/extension, it's great but we don't usually use that many nodes and have to read/find our desired nodes.
{Solution1}; A Quick fav Pie menu which only shows the nodes which we have added to our quick Fav list.
{Solution2}; Have a checklist from nodes list to create a custom pie menu for nodes we use more often.
Note}; A Toggle Button from switching from your default pie menu to our Quick Fav/Custom Pie menu and Keep that layout/category/coloring system the same.
P.S; Simply we just don't have to look on unnecessary nodes' list, right? You're doing great and I'm pretty sure you can find some solution to this as well.
Great but i wish the ui was more spread out, it already takes up the screen might as well spread it out or have a scale slider in the settings that changes the distance between each of the node categories, regardless much more pleasing to look at than the default but just another menu to learn lol
