Lattice Magic

I was looking for a way to make some smear frames and although this isn't what I ended up using, this is still a great tool.

Really great addon! The camera lattice tool is super helpful for pushing more cartoony animations. One suggestion would be to also have the lattice apply to grease pencil objects as well, it works great with them but its just a little cumbersome manually adding new lattices.
