Simple and nice

This is a great add-on, and I really like it. Initially, I was a bit confused about how to access the 3D cursor, at the beginning. However, I figured out that if you point at blank space, it rotates the HDRI, and if you point at an object, it uses the 3D cursor. Overall, it’s quite intuitive once you understand how it works.

Very good addon, work exactly as describe! BUT, right now in blender 4.3, continuous rotation (or just a large degree of rotation) is not possible in one mouse click, because the mouse cursor does not go beyond the screen like blender's move/rotate/scale tools.

There is a quality of life i think it needs: either make the mouse cursor go beyond the screen so rotate a large degree is possible in one move, or have an option in the addon to increase/ decrease rotation speed according to each user's preference.

On blender 4.3 rotation has limitation , it won't rotate over on certain angle. Default hot key has conflict in New 4.3 sculpt mode ，suggest 4.3 user trying ctrl+alt RM or anything that works for you
