Flat mesh to SVG exporter for laser cutters.
Flatterer turns a 3D model in Blender into a set of shapes suitable for laser cutting. It’s aimed at easily exporting boxes, enclosures, and other made-for-laser-cutting designs to SVG.

- Add "Boolean Cut" operator. This inserts a Boolean modifier on all selected object, to cut out the active object. The modifier is moved to the first spot, so that it sits before any Solidify modifier.
- Shape Table: include surface area (in m²) of each exported shape.
It took some playing around with to get it to work with my project and now I'm able to export my designs to svg. 4 of 5 stars because it works. I experienced many unhandled errors when trying to get it to work and getting everything coordinated to export at the correct scale took quite a while. With that being able to create laser items from Blender is amazing. Thanks for the sharing dr.syben!
