A big polishing pass to address all the issues I've ran into in recent months using the add-on.

New:

• Entering Weight Paint mode no longer requires a special operator and hotkey. Just enter weight paint mode any way you like, and the Armature will appear in pose mode and with x-ray.
• Split up W pie menu's functionality to sub-pie-menus for Operators and Overlays. Mainly because otherwise the UI was too big and caused buttons to trigger due to the drag distance threshold, making it awkward to use.
• Added Smooth, Transfer, and Symmetrize operators to the W->Operators sub-pie.
• Fix Symmetrize Weights operator not working with "Selected Bones" option.
• Symmetrize Weights now also automatically determines symmetrizing direction based on selected bone names. Selecting bones from both sides will still result in an error. Selecting only center bones will default to Left->Right.
• Weight Cleaner now also ensures Mirror Groups, so you don't have to initialize opposite side groups when weight painting with a Mirror Modifier.

Weight Islands:

• Selecting an entry in the list now selects the corresponding vertex group.
• There's now an ugly progress tracker for Calculate Weight Islands, since it can take a few seconds for a dense mesh, now you can be sure it's not frozen.
• Fixed an edge case where focusing the smallest weight island would fail, when the opposite side vgroup has less than 2 weight islands.
• Added a button to clear weight island data, so you don't have to store unnecessary data after you're done using it.
• Focusing the smallest weight island should be a lot faster now, although still not instantaneous.

Fixes:

• Fix Focus Deforming Bones sometimes failing to reveal necessary bone collections.
• Fix accumulation of app handlers.
