Dimensions and Lines

Hello. Its a planned feature, but is really complicated to make it work with realtime mode. Meanwhile if you mean dimensions, you can rotate them in Redo panel with rewrite redo checkbox unselected and they will keep last orentiation - you can always set length for them with number keys. For lines you can try rotate whole object you are using - they are oriented by object coords, not world coords.
