• Changed the way modules are reloaded from init to a more stable method
• Active action is now validate to ensure it has slots
• Operator tags standardized to "anim"
• Added a new check for action validity that should support the new animation system properly, and fixes an unhandled error when trying to apply an operator to an action with no groups or fcurves
